My experience started with an HR phone interview that didn’t run smoothly.

We scheduled a time, but the interviewer didn’t show up the first time, later due to being sick. We tried to reschedule, but they didn’t show again and didn’t send anything beforehand.

The third attempt finally happened a day later after coordinating again by phone. The technical substance wasn’t really what defined my experience here—the process felt disorganized and unresponsive. I didn’t end up receiving an offer, and I remember it as a frustrating scheduling breakdown rather than an evaluation of my skills.
