My process felt pretty technical from the start.

After the initial recruiter stage, I ended up with a technical screen where the questions covered programming basics and puzzle-style material, and it also leaned into data structures. Most of what I was asked was very detailed and not hand-wavy, and the programming portion was based on Python for me.

Overall it didn’t feel like an interview that was trying to assess my communication more than my skills—it was more like a deep dive into concepts and problem solving. I walked away thinking I’d handled the basics, but the session was still very demanding and specific, and I didn’t get an offer.
