Right after I applied, I received an email with a link for a written-style test related to the role.

The assessment took about an hour, and what surprised me was that it didn’t have a timer forcing a hard stop and auto-submission. I could pace myself through the questions.

The content itself was pretty focused on basic programming language concepts and it didn’t feel too heavy. The overall process was also quick—submit on Monday and the online assessment showed up by midweek—so it had that fast-feedback, short-cycle feel. I ended up not receiving an offer, but the test experience itself felt straightforward compared to later stages I saw in other processes.
