My interview process was multi-stage and spanned six rounds in total.

It started with some more generic screening rounds, including a multiple-choice stage and a paper-based segment. Then I met tech leadership, including a technical lead and a manager.

The later rounds went further up the chain with interviews that included a director of engineering level on two separate occasions. Overall, it didn’t feel like a single style of questioning; it was more like they were escalating scrutiny as I moved along the loop. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the biggest impression I kept was how long it took and how many different layers I had to convince.
