Seattle, WAPosted Apr 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first contact with Intelliswift was a call that I was told came from the recruiter, but the caller was actually from a call center based overseas.

Early in the conversation, when I asked where they were calling from, the person claimed they were calling from Fremont, California—even though they were calling from India.

That misrepresentation immediately changed how I felt about the process. The interview never progressed in a meaningful way afterward, and I ended up without an offer.

Looking back, the biggest thing that stayed with me wasn’t the technical portion at all—it was the way the conversation began, and how quickly trust broke.
