The process started with a recruiter call where they walked me through what the next steps would look like and what to expect on the technical call.

After that, the main technical discussion was a single 45-minute interview.

The details of the questions weren’t captured, but the pacing and structure were pretty standard: clarify expectations first, then go straight into the conversation with the interviewer for the technical portion.

Overall difficulty was average, and I didn’t receive an offer. Still, I felt the format itself was organized and easy to follow. My honest reflection was that the communication was clear, but ultimately it came down to the technical round, and I wasn’t able to land whatever signal they were looking for.
