Intel Corporation Software Engineer interview experience

One interview was with two teammates, and the other was with two managers—one of whom later turned out to be the manager I’d work with.

The discussion felt encouraging rather than tense, and it leaned into getting a sense of how I worked and communicated. Even though I was being evaluated, the room energy made it easier to stay calm and focus on explaining my experiences clearly.

I got an offer. The thing I’ll remember is how much the tone helped: the environment made the interviews feel enjoyable, which definitely changed how I performed compared to more intimidating setups.
