Intel Corporation Backend Engineer interview experience

I got a lot of questions around logic gates and digital components like MUX, DECODER, and similar building blocks, and the questions were often stacked—meaning one part of the problem would build on something I’d already been asked.

Because of that, the difficulty felt difficult and very cumulative. I had to keep track of the relationships between the topics, and the flow of questions made it obvious they were testing whether I could reason through digital logic step-by-step rather than just recall isolated facts.
