I applied online and the scheduling moved quickly—about ten days after I sent my application.

The interview had three interviewers, with only one of them being local, and the structure was mostly straightforward: basic programming questions, mostly theory without coding, plus behavioral questions.

What stood out was that they asked me to explain my project experience in terms of the skills they were probing. I didn’t feel like it was designed to trick me, but it did require me to clearly connect what I’d done to the concepts they were targeting.
