I applied through Workday and a talent recruiter reached out by email to schedule the interview.

The process turned out to be very straightforward: just one online interview with a hiring manager and a senior engineer.

We focused on discussion of my past project experience, and then we moved into some basic technical questions. The interviewers stayed professional the whole time, and nothing felt chaotic or overly confrontational.

HR followed up with feedback within about a week, and I ended up getting an offer. Looking back, what stood out most was how cleanly they separated fit-for-role conversation from lighter technical checks, and how smoothly everything ran end to end.
