My interview journey followed a multi-stage structure, starting from the usual resume screen and phone or video screening, then moving into assessments and additional interviews.

It was the kind of process where each step felt like it was confirming a different part of suitability.

I had rounds that included interviews that could be technical, behavioral, or situational, and then it culminated in a final decision and an offer. Even without a lot of fine-grained detail, the overall shape of the process was consistent: screen, assess, talk, decide.

I got an offer, and what I took away from it was that the complexity wasn’t only in the questions—it was in staying ready across multiple formats and having the patience to go through the full sequence.
