After submitting my application, the process moved through an initial HR screening where I talked through my background and interests.

Then I went into two technical rounds that centered on problem-solving and coding-style challenges, along with questions tied to system optimization.

The final stage was behavioral. I discussed past projects, how I handled teamwork, and my approach to breaking down more complicated problems. The whole sequence felt pretty balanced: technical work that assessed how I think, followed by a human lens on how I’d work day to day.

I didn’t end up with an offer from this run, but it felt like a legitimate end-to-end evaluation of both my skills and my project reasoning.
