I interviewed through an in-person hiring event format.

There was both a technical screen and then an actual one-hour interview. The technical portion was based on my background, and it also pulled in some behavioral elements.

During the interview, I was asked behavioral questions tied to how I handle stress management, not just how I think technically. Overall, the process felt organized and focused on matching my experience to the role while also seeing how I operate under pressure. I didn’t walk away with an offer, but I liked that the expectations were explicit and the format was easy to follow.
