My interview sequence had a lot of stages: a telephonic round, then multiple in-person discussions including a F2F with a business head, an HR discussion, and then a technical round.

They discussed having all the rounds after HR and that they were ready to release an offer, with the catch being a two-year agreement tied to submitting original education documents.

I requested extra time—two weeks—because I was traveling back home, and initially they seemed ready. But later they scheduled a technical round where I was asked only three questions, and even though I answered, I still got rejected. Looking back, I felt it was handled in a way that made the agreement time request the real reason for rejection, and I found it to be one of the worst experiences I’d had.
