My experience was frustrating more than anything else.

I had to reschedule my interview multiple times because of panel availability, and it dragged out longer than it should have. Even after that, HR couldn’t meet the expected compensation level I had discussed.

What hurt most was the feeling that the process wasted my time in the end, because it didn’t align with what I was told about compensation expectations. It left me with a negative impression of how smoothly things were handled.
