CanadaPosted Sep 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I was referred to the role, and the recruiter reached out to call me after that referral.

The HR conversation was brief—about 15 minutes—and it centered on my experience and why I wanted the job. I answered as clearly as I could, but the process felt very fast and almost immediately conclusive.

After the call, I was messaged back that I wasn’t a fit for the role. I didn’t get an offer, and the main thing that surprised me was how quickly it ended; there wasn’t an extended loop of interviews or follow-up.
