My interview started with an in-person conversation where I ran into a mix of technical and personal components right away.

There was a technical test during the in-person round that combined hands-on coding with basic knowledge questions, and I also had a more personality-focused interview where the tone was about how I worked and how I approached situations.

Even when the coding portion felt like it was assessing more than memorized facts, the overall flow didn’t feel designed to be overly harsh. Behavioral questions came up, too, and interviewers were generally approachable, which helped me keep my answers structured.

I didn’t get an offer, and the overall difficulty landed in the middle rather than extreme.
