Institutional Shareholder Services Data Analyst interview experience

I remember thinking the scheduling and communication were fine, but the overall timeline stretched out with multiple stages, and it took close to two months to reach a decision. Because it dragged, I couldn’t fully treat it like a quick interview loop.

The structure itself followed a clear progression: I was sent an assessment first, then I moved into HR screening, followed by panel interviews with team members, and then a final onsite stage with a senior/department leadership presence. They kept me posted at each step, and they gave me some preparation time for the initial and final parts.
