Institutional Shareholder Services Data Analyst interview experience

It involved multiple stages, and from start to finish it took about two months before I reached an offer point.

The interviews themselves weren’t described as unpleasant, but the timeline was frustrating if I was trying to move quickly. By the time I got to the later stages, I’d already spent a lot of time waiting between steps, and it changed the overall feel of the process from exciting to draining.

In the end, even with all the effort going into the stages, it wasn’t the kind of timeline that matched my urgency.
