I had a pretty smooth, low-stress experience with ISS, and everything stayed on schedule.

Since the interview was online, it started at the exact time they said it would, and my session wrapped up within about 30 minutes. The panelists were polite and I never felt put on the spot.

What stood out most to me was how responsive the HR side felt while I was still in the application stage. I didn’t feel like I was left guessing where things stood, and I was kept clear on what came next. When the interviews started, I was first spoken with by people who were closer to the day-to-day team, and the tone stayed friendly—questions were asked in a respectful way, without pressure.
