Because I was hired as a seasonal direct hire, my interview journey was compact: I only had three conversations.

One was with HR, then I met with the associate, and finally I spoke with the vice president of the team I was going to join.

The HR conversation focused on motivation—why I accepted the offer and what stood out most to me. The associate interview leaned more practical, with me explaining the key details I’d need to know for the work. The vice president’s questions were lighter and centered on what I was expecting from the company and the role. The whole arc ended with an offer, and the experience felt efficient and clear.
