The process started with a call with the recruiter, then moved to a video interview with the hiring manager.

After that, I went through video calls with the broader team, and the final step was a pitch challenge.

What stood out negatively was that the recruiter didn’t respond to requests for feedback on the interview. Everyone else I spoke with felt pleasant, but the lack of any follow-up information made it feel incomplete at the end.

I wasn’t selected. Even though the people were friendly and the steps made sense, the missing feedback and the recruiter’s silence was what lingered most for me.
