I applied online and got contacted by a recruiter quickly to schedule a phone screen.

The role clearly needed someone to start very soon, and when I told them my availability wasn’t immediate, we couldn’t really progress.

The recruiter arranged things and we stayed at the early stage—just enough to confirm fit and timing. There wasn’t any sense that the interview was challenging; it was more about logistics and readiness than performance.

I didn’t get an offer because the process couldn’t move forward. Looking back, the frustrating part was that everything depended on when I could start, and once that mismatch was clear, the rest of the process simply didn’t happen.
