Insight Global Software Engineer interview experience

Once it began, they asked me to introduce myself, and then the interviewer jumped into random questions connected to the role and what I would be expected to handle.

The interview itself felt like it moved quickly once it started, but the waiting beforehand made the whole thing feel a little off. I remember feeling slightly thrown off by how quickly the conversation turned from introductions into job-related questioning.

I received an offer from this path. Still, the long wait before things began was the part that stuck with me most, because it set the tone for the rest of the experience.
