I went through what felt like a complete ghost process.

A recruiter/hunter reached out and then we had a short meeting that didn’t really go anywhere. After that, they both disappeared and I never heard back.

It wasn’t even a drawn-out pipeline—it was more like the conversation ended and the follow-ups never started. The lack of communication was the main problem, and it made the whole thing feel pointless.

I didn’t receive an offer. The reflection I’m left with is that the process felt abrupt and unproductive, and I lost time without any clarity on whether I was being considered at all.
