Insight Global Systems Engineer interview experience

I had an initial recruiter call meant to gauge fit for the discussed role. That call didn’t drag—once it went well, they moved to schedule the next interview steps with the company.

What I appreciated most was how easy it was to work with the recruiting agents and how well the whole process matched my experience level. The overall difficulty felt on the lighter side, and beyond the interviews themselves, I also liked what they mentioned around benefits and flexibility of schedule. The vibe was positive, and the process didn’t feel like a stressful gauntlet the way some recruiting journeys do.
