My Account Executive interviews had mixed signals: friendly conversations early on, but follow-through issues and unclear communication drove a frustrating close.

Recruiter-led outreach + school fair interest — I connected through a school fair and spoke with a recruiter who seemed enthusiastic, but I ultimately didn’t clear the second interview.
Interviewer awkwardness + poor timing — Another process felt smooth at first, though the interviewer wasn’t prepared, the interaction got awkward, and I waited a long time without helpful feedback.
Job fair intro call with no follow-up — I had a good introductory conversation after meeting them at a job fair, but I never received updates or closure.
Communication gaps + culture concerns
