Insight Global Software Engineer interview experience

I had two interviews and then a take-home assignment, and the whole time I felt like I’d done reasonably well on the take-home. After that, the recruiter stopped replying.

There wasn’t a clear rejection or an explanation—just silence. The process felt like it ended without any closure, even though I believed I had followed through fully.

I didn’t get an offer. The most frustrating part was the lack of communication after what seemed like a solid take-home submission, because it left me with no real sense of what happened next.
