Insight Global Account Executive interview experience

• Earlier interviews — I had a series of three conversations overall.
• Final interview with multiple employees (group format) — The last interview involved meeting multiple existing employees at once, and it felt like they had an agenda rather than genuinely evaluating fit.

Outcome: I didn’t get the offer, and my takeaway was that the process felt ceremonial instead of open-ended.
