The interview process was decent right up until the recruiters ghosted me before the final round.

Recruiters seemed genuinely interested earlier, and the communication didn’t feel dismissive during the technical conversations.

What hurt most was that they never made the effort to tell me they weren’t moving me to the next step. Everything felt typical beyond that missing communication, but the last-mile follow-through never happened.

I didn’t get an offer. My honest reflection was that it wasn’t the interview itself that sourly changed my view—it was the lack of basic transparency at the end.
