Los Angeles, CAPosted Apr 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I came into the process already interested because the recruiter had originally connected with me at a school event.

The recruiter was helpful and tried to push the process forward, and the interviews themselves felt welcoming.

I got far enough to reach a second interview, but it didn’t go my way and I wasn’t moving forward after that. Even so, the company seemed like it had potential, and I left with the impression that another chance might open up.

I didn’t receive an offer, and my reflection was that the early relationship-building made it disappointing when the second interview didn’t land, especially since the role still seemed like it could be a good fit.
