I interviewed through a staffing agency, and the process itself was pretty simple in terms of steps.

It started with an MCQ round about practical Java programming, and the questions felt manageable if I could rely on real Java experience. After that, there was a technical question segment, and then I went into an HR round.

Even though it wasn’t described as hard overall, the structure was clear: test Java knowledge first, then talk through technical specifics, and finish with HR. What stayed with me was how much the MCQ stage seemed to filter based on whether I genuinely had hands-on Java programming background.
