My main problem wasn’t the interviews—it was the way the process ended.

I went far enough to be told I was going to get a job offer, and then everything stalled. After a month, I still hadn’t heard back, and the recruiter wouldn’t respond to messages or provide any update.

In another part of the journey, I also ran into communication issues around what they claimed they would do. They said they’d update me on my application progress, but that never really happened. Then, when it came to paperwork and next steps, they asked for my compensation package even though I had already signed an NDA and told them that up front. They treated it as standard procedure.
