My interview experience was tied to a training path rather than a direct hiring loop.

After an aptitude test, I went into an interview. Based on how I performed there, they selected people for a training program that lasted about four months.

During training, there were skill checks and evaluations to confirm progress. Only after successfully completing that training period would they convert me into a full-time role. The process felt more like an extended screening and onboarding funnel than a standard short interview sequence, and I ended up not getting converted afterward.
