It started with an informal call from a recruiter.

The conversation moved quickly—first they reviewed my resume at a high level and asked how many years of experience I had with each language.

They also asked about my salary expectations, which made the call feel more like a quick fit-and-constraints check than a technical evaluation.

The overall difficulty felt very easy because there wasn’t any deep questioning, and it ended quickly with clear next steps even though there wasn’t an offer at the end.
