I started with a basic aptitude and communication-style test, then moved straight into an interview.

The whole thing felt smooth and low-pressure. The questions were mostly very basic, and even when behavioral questions came up, it didn’t feel like anything was meant to trip me up.

The interviewer was friendly and professional, which made it easy to stay focused. I mostly walked through my background and experience and talked through my problem-solving approach. Overall, the flow felt well organized, and I left with the sense that I’d been understood clearly rather than challenged aggressively.
