San Jose, CAPosted May 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process had a pretty consistent shape: a mix of hiring-manager-led and team-member technical interviews, plus HR and a CCAT-style aptitude test.

I ended up going through five interviews total—one technical conversation with the hiring manager and four technical interviews with team members.

The hiring manager round was mostly resume-based, while the team rounds were more technical in nature. I also had a conversation with HR and had to complete the CCAT aptitude test as part of the screening flow.

In the end, I didn’t get an offer. Still, the overall process felt structured, and I appreciated that the technical rounds were clearly separated by who was interviewing me.
