One interview stood out to me for the wrong reasons.

The interviewer didn’t seem interested in getting to an answer and kept interrupting before I could fully respond. The tone was rushed and somewhat opinionated.

What I did learn from the way it went was that the conversation kept drifting toward the interviewer’s own domain and knowledge, instead of letting me explain my approach or reasoning clearly. The overall feel wasn’t collaborative or thoughtful, and I walked away feeling like the interview wasn’t really about assessing my strengths.
