My first step was a screening focused on whether I had the communication skills they wanted.

After that, I had a technical discussion over video where the questions centered on basic networking concepts. Then I moved straight into a face-to-face interview.

The whole path felt difficult, and it was pretty concentrated—just a few stages, but with networking and communication treated as key filters. I didn’t end up getting an offer, and the experience left me with the sense that they were looking for a very specific profile from the start rather than gradually learning about me.
