I interviewed for a Lead Engineer role and ended up with a four-round process.

The overall difficulty felt average, but the first technical round was the most intense: it leaned heavily on dynamic programming, and the problem I got was genuinely hard.

The next two rounds were more balanced. I saw average DP questions again, plus questions tied to my projects, java basics, and how I thought about project architecture. Those rounds also went into depth on frameworks like spring and hibernate.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the structure was clear and the focus stayed technical throughout.
