New DelhiPosted Feb 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for Software Engineer in a fairly structured, smooth multi-round flow where questions were job-role aligned, and the overall difficulty varied from average to difficult.

Initial online/technical step — I started with an aptitude/online round (MCQ-style or equivalent screening).
Technical round(s) — I moved through rounds focused on DSA/core CS and OOP concepts, plus project-connected questioning.
Coding-heavy rounds (when selected) — In later rounds, I tackled 1–2 coding tasks alongside database design or optimization-style problems.
HR round — I discussed my background and the company/role fit.
Outcome: No offer — The process felt coherent, but higher difficulty candidates were still filtered out after the technical stages.
