After an OA, I was scheduled for two face-to-face rounds, and what threw me off immediately was the scheduling behavior.

Interviews ended up being set randomly without confirming availability, and once I finished the first in-person round, I didn’t hear anything back.

The first face-to-face round included an array problem and then an array DP challenge where an optimized solution was expected. It felt like I did what I needed to do technically, but the lack of follow-up made the process feel messy.

I also noticed HR outreach across different roles, which added more uncertainty on top of the silence. The end-to-end experience left me frustrated, especially because there wasn’t even a rejection communication
