Infinite Computer Solutions Software Engineer interview experience

Got offer

United StatesPosted Jan 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had already been working there for more than two years, so my situation was more of an internal/contract opportunity than a fresh hiring loop.

HR called me offering a position as an ITSM consultant on a contract basis at United Health Group.

The process was brief—about three days—and it was driven by the HR outreach rather than a long sequence of interviews. Because I was already part of the company, there wasn’t the same kind of multi-round evaluation.

I ended up with an offer through that quick contract arrangement, and the whole experience felt smooth. My honest reflection was that it was much more about timing and contracting than about re-proving my technical fit.
