San Francisco, CAPosted Mar 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with an internal recruiter who did a prescreening conversation.

Once they felt everything looked good on the client side, they scheduled my next interview step.

The client interview happened via Skype and lasted about 30 minutes. The discussion felt genuinely good, and I didn’t get the impression that it was rushed or disorganized. It was the kind of call where it felt like they were actually trying to evaluate fit.

I ended up receiving an offer. Overall it felt like a smooth, fairly short journey with clear handoffs between recruiter and client.
