Infinite Computer Solutions Software Engineer interview experience

Boston, MAPosted Jan 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

This ended up being one of the most chaotic experiences I had.

IBM was the end client while Infinite was the vendor, and the hiring process felt like it was constantly moving without any real commitment.

The status kept changing day to day. One day they wanted me to be ready for the next step, and the next day they said the position was on hold. After a couple of days they came back as if everything was active again.

I didn’t get an offer. The whole thing left me feeling like there wasn’t a stable plan behind the process, and it made the experience feel unreliable rather than simply competitive.
