My interview process was short and simple: it took about two days with a telephonic step, then a face-to-face interview, and finally an HR discussion.

The whole experience felt straightforward.

What made the process a bit tedious wasn’t the interview itself—it was the joining steps afterward. They emphasized having a relieving letter from my previous employer, and without it the onboarding process could drag on for those two days. Once everything aligned, HR handled the final formalities.

The difficulty was easy overall, but the logistics around joining were a surprise. I did get an offer, and I remember thinking that the technical evaluation wasn’t what stretched the timeline—it was the paperwork and readiness to start.
