I experienced a pretty streamlined hiring process, mostly because I was going to work at a client location.

My process ended up being minimal—just two rounds—and I received the offer letter on the same day. The salary was presented as competitive, and they allowed some negotiation depending on what I could justify.

The overall feel was easy compared to what I’d heard from other companies, and it didn’t drag out. Before anything was finalized, there was also a verification-style step in the process where they checked my education details like the marks from my schooling and degree, and then there was a managerial discussion tied to my project and a few HR-style scenarios.

What stayed consistent
