I went through several stages: one technical round, a managerial round, an HR round, and then one more technical round.

Each part of the process felt fairly smooth, and the interviewers came across as patient.

My current CTC was higher than what they wanted for that software engineer profile salary slab, so that created tension in the process. Even with that mismatch, they still made an offer to me.

I received an offer. Overall it felt like they were willing to consider my profile despite compensation constraints, and the tone stayed respectful throughout.
