My process completed in about 14 days, and HR was genuinely helpful throughout.

The timeline felt organized—there was a clear sense that the final step was salary negotiation.

I received the offer at the end of the second week, and the offer met my expectations with a decent hike. The overall difficulty was average, and compared to other processes I’d heard about, this felt calmer and more communicative.

What stood out most was how smoothly HR handled the last parts, especially around compensation. Getting the offer within two weeks left me feeling like the process was efficient, and the salary outcome matched what I had hoped for.
