My process started with a telephonic screening, and then I had an in-person face-to-face interview that lasted about an hour.

After that, HR scheduled a salary-focused discussion.

Even though the details of the technical content weren’t fully spelled out, the structure was clear: screening first, then the longer technical interaction, and finally compensation in the HR round.

The difficulty was listed as average, and the timeline seemed straightforward from one stage to the next. I did receive an offer, and the clean separation between the technical evaluation and salary discussion made the process feel orderly.
